I’m the founder of FR Digital, a digital growth partner helping businesses grow, scale, and thrive online. Based in New Zealand, I work alongside businesses to bring clarity to digital marketing and create practical strategies that drive traffic, leads, and sales.
Think of me as an extension of your business — someone in your corner who can help you work out what to do, why it matters, and then actually get it done.

Building a business foundation

My career began with a strong foundation in business, giving me an understanding of how marketing, customers and commercial objectives come together.
Alongside my business studies, I also explored IT and Media Arts, which sparked my interest in the intersection of technology, creativity and business.
2012
Finding my place in digital
Digital Marketing & eCommerce
I began building my career in digital marketing, gaining hands-on experience across websites, SEO, social media, eCommerce, analytics and digital campaigns.
This is where I discovered that I loved not just the creative side of marketing, but also the strategy, data and problem-solving behind it.
2015
Growing through senior digital roles

Over the years, I moved into increasingly senior digital roles, working across established New Zealand businesses and gaining experience in digital strategy, eCommerce, websites, performance marketing and customer journeys.
Working in-house taught me an important lesson: digital marketing needs to connect to the wider business - not operate in isolation.

Thinking beyond marketing
Harvard Business School | Strategy Execution
As my career became increasingly focused on strategy and business growth, I wanted to strengthen my understanding of how strategy translates into results.
I completed Strategy Execution through Harvard Business School Online, building on my practical experience with a deeper understanding of strategic decision-making, execution and organisational alignment.
It reinforced something I now bring into every client relationship:
A good strategy is only valuable if you can actually execute it.
